Header

The correct header to use is:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1" standalone="yes" ?>
<KMLPAGE version="2.2">

Even though XML specifies that only utf-8 goes, iso-8859-1 is the one that works with KiSS.

KML version has to be above 2.2, even though the player reports that it can only use 2.1 In KML version lower than 2.2 you will not bee able to fill the entire screen. Especially the screen height are limited.
