Recordings won’t be sent to player from website

Kindly follow the procedure mentioned below in order to resolve the issue.

- Erase all recordings to be sent to player in the Web EPG. (It has to be all empty)
- Go to your player in TV-Guide / Configure and change the password to something between (4 and 10 characters)
- Save the password and restart the player (Press the "POWER" (ON/OFF) button on the players left side)
- Log on to http://epg.kml.kiss-technology.com/login.php and send a recording to your player.
- Press STORE on your remote.
- Now your recording should be saved in MENU / Video Recorder Functions / Recording Schedule
